Enterprise digital transformation platform for Russia's largest private freight company. Chaired Architecture Committee governing 150+ IT initiatives. Delivered ~₽0.5B (~$5.5M) economic effect via ML pricing models, operational automation, and logistics intelligence dashboards.
PARMA Production System 2026
Company-wide production transformation spanning 5 strategic pillars: presale standardisation, Delivery 1.0 methodology, labour efficiency, tech resilience, and change management. Cut overdue and loss-making projects from 55% to 15% within 6 months. KPI targets: net profit ₽350M+ in 2025 / ₽500M+ in 2026, on-time delivery 55% → 81%+.
PARMA Corporate AI Strategy
End-to-end ownership of PARMA's corporate AI programme: R&D group formation, AI rollout across 20+ specialisation tracks, governance and ethics framework, and financial model. ~50% effort savings across routine operations; time-tracking compliance 61% → 95%. Change management was the hardest part — engineering AI adoption across 500+ staff who didn't ask for it.
PGK DevOps / FinOps Platform
Unified DevOps and FinOps platform standardising CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud cost management across PGK's entire IT organisation. Introduced automated spend visibility, release governance, and engineering quality gates. Saves ~₽130M/yr (~$1.4M/yr) and became the engineering culture foundation for all subsequent digital initiatives.
PGK ML Pricing Engine
Machine learning pricing system for freight wagon allocation, replacing manual rate rules with predictive models trained on demand, route characteristics, cargo type, and market signals across Russia's rail network. Contributing to ~₽0.5B (~$5.5M) total economic effect alongside HR automation and SRM.
PGK Interactive Map
Real-time railway network visualization for 200,000+ wagons across Russia. OSM + Leaflet.js frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, Oracle DWH as data source with NiFi/Airflow ETL. Replaced proprietary mapping vendor — reduced licensing costs and latency.
SAP → 1C ERP Migration
Architectural design and strategic oversight of PGK's flagship ₽4.5B (~$50M) ERP migration from SAP to domestic 1C platform. Led risk management, vendor evaluation, integration design, and zero-downtime cutover planning across finance, logistics, HR, and procurement — for a 24/7 freight operator managing 140,000+ wagons.
Raiffeisen Innovation Lab
Leadership of the digital innovation R&D stream at Raiffeisenbank Russia — 80+ concurrent projects across AI/ML, blockchain, biometrics, AR/VR, and Big Data, from idea to working prototype. Built the DevOps/CI/CD contour for the innovation division, cutting time-to-market 3×. Delivered production AI models and biometric authentication for a Top-5 digital bank serving 4M+ clients.

Live blockchain pilots across three DLT platforms at Raiffeisenbank Russia: Ethereum (smart contracts), Corda (interbank settlements), and Hyperledger Fabric (permissioned enterprise ledger). Use cases in trade finance, identity verification, and cross-border payments. Established reusable DLT capability and internal expertise for the bank.
MOEX CI/CD & Monitoring
Built CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes ensuring 24/7 stability of Russia's largest exchange trading platform. Monitoring and alerting infrastructure (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK) reduced incident response time by 40%+. DevOps standards adopted across multiple MOEX IT divisions — engineering baseline for one of the world's 25 largest exchanges by volume.
RAG Knowledge Graph
Built solo: private knowledge base that answers natural-language questions over proprietary documents with exact source citations. Neo4j graph backend enables multi-hop reasoning across linked concepts — going well beyond standard vector similarity search. Designed for organisations that need trustworthy, auditable AI answers. Open source.
YouTube Shorts Factory
Built solo: automated AI content factory for short-form video. Generates scripts via LLM, assembles scenes from licensed stock footage (Pexels), adds AI narration, captions, and platform-specific formatting, then publishes to YouTube, VK Video, and RuTube. Full CI/CD pipeline: GitHub Actions, Alembic migrations, Docker. Open source.
Numerium
Built solo as a founder. Telegram bot (@numerium_daily) features 'Нумерия' — an AI numerologist persona — delivering 19 types of personalised spreads (G1–G6 classification): compatibility charts, destiny matrices, career profiles, name analysis. Full product stack: onboarding, subscription monetisation (Telegram Stars, TON, card), daily content channel, website (numerium.ru), and YouTube channel.
PGK Optimizer & Navigator
Wagon fleet optimization platform built from scratch at PGK Digital. The Optimizer generates ML-driven route and load recommendations across Russia's rail network; the Navigator tracks fleet balance in real time. Led IT architecture and the build-vs-buy decision — custom development chosen over all available market solutions after a full market scan and PoC. Economic effect validated at ₽16M+ (~$180K+) at PoC stage.
Integrated Planning Platform
Demand forecasting and integrated sales planning system for PGK. Led the IT workstream: evaluated 5 vendors (SAS O9, Transmetrics, Augmento, Rubbles) on forecast accuracy, TCO, and team expertise. Covers 18-month demand horizon across a multi-level hierarchy of clients, cargo types, and rail corridors — replacing manual Excel-based planning and enabling data-driven sales decisions at scale.
Cloud Platform Selection
Strategic cloud and PaaS platform selection for PGK's digital transformation programme. Led technical evaluation of cloud providers (IBS DataFort, Softline Cloud, DITO, and others): authored the RFI, scored vendors on InfoSec compliance (FSTEC/FSB), TCO, Russian data residency, and integration readiness. The selected platform became the foundation for all digital products: Optimizer, Navigator, interactive wagon map, and the ML pricing engine.
PGK HR & SRM Automation
Automation of HR and supplier relationship management at PGK as part of the digital transformation programme. HR automation covered workforce planning, onboarding workflows, and employee lifecycle management integrated with SAP HR. SRM streamlined vendor qualification, contract lifecycle, and supplier performance tracking across a ₽138B (~$1.5B) annual revenue freight operator.
PARMA Delivery 1.0
22-section delivery methodology built from scratch for PARMA's custom software operations. Integrates project health index, escalation monitor, resource sufficiency checks, architecture audit, delivery process efficiency, and team climate metrics into a single operational standard. Adopted across 5 departments and 500+ production staff.

NZT — Real-Time Dialogue Navigator
AI-powered real-time dialogue assistant for negotiations and interviews. Whisper STT transcribes speech in real time, GPT-4o generates contextual hints, WebSocket streams them to an Android app. FSM manages conversation states, adapting prompts to dialogue phase. 200+ tests across backend and mobile.
